Can't say enough about this young couple and their TacoWalk tour! Very good food along the way, beautiful areas and plazas visited, and cultural and historical information all along the way. Exceptional experience with David and Annamaria. Great food choices, in wonderful neighbourhoods all within walking distance of the downtown core. David is very knowledgeable about the history and so the narrative was great as we walked and then stopped at many wonderful places to taste the tacos and gorditas. I was impressed that they had done their homework to find the safest and tastiest food for us to try. Annamarie is lovely and upbeat and a very attentive host.  We booked our tour at the last minute and David and Anna were totally responsive. The tour of this lovely city was terrific. David had this wonderful way of combining interesting sites with surprising tastings. I highly recommend any tour with David and Anna! They were the most delightful and enthusiastic hosts. I personally enjoyed the 3 hour “Taco Walk.” What a fun experience. They took me to sample many different types of tacos from different regions in Mexico. They were all so tasty. I couldn’t choose which one I like best. And in between our delicious sampling, David, who is a history buff, explained many interesting facts about the history of the beautiful city of Queretaro. I learned so much that it made me love this city even more! We even got to stop at two very interesting places to have cocktails which also tied in with the history of the city. I don’t want to give away too many of the details because the surprises along the way are part of the fun! I encourage anyone who wants to enjoy a lovely afternoon to take the “Taco Walk”! Annamaria and David were amazing hosts on our walking tour. They were both very passionate about sharing their love for the beautiful city of Queretaro. I took the 2hour tour with Annamaria and David, and I was impressed by the the quality of food and the price!! This was definitely a great way to taste the various flavors of Queretaro that I probably would have missed otherwise. The stops we made for food were definitely “hidden gems”! In addition to the wonderful food, Annamaria and David were very engaging, warm, and friendly; their love of Queretaro was infectious, and David’s knowledge of history made the tour evening more interesting and fun as he was sure to point out unique facts about the various plazas and buildings. I recommend David and Anna if you are looking for a unique tour of Queretaro centro. They provide an interesting perspective on things because David is a Mexican and expresses the viewpoint of a native whereas Anna is from New York and expresses the viewpoint of an expat. I found the taco walk to be quite interesting -- a nice combination of food, drink, architecture, and history. Anna and David are a lovely couple full of joy! The love they have for the city is something that they transmit. We actually enjoyed a lot our experience with them not only for the amazing food that we tasted but for the great personality that they have. About the trip... Those places are their favorite ones in downtown, the dishes will take you to another world because of the spectacular flavors while you learn about the history of the places/food and also the city!
