As we guide you between some of our favorite eateries you'll learn about Mexico's early beginnings, its struggle for independence, and its reform period.
During this six-stop tour, you'll have the opportunity to explore some of the best casual food between Jardín Guerrero and Plaza Armas. You'll sample various (vegetarian-friendly) authentic tacos, tamales, gorditas, and more, and enjoy a gourmet cocktail at the city's first cantina. You'll meet some of our beloved vendors and discover for yourselves why we adore them, and their food! You'll also have the opportunity to ask questions and learn about the ingredients and history of each dish. Be prepared to eat, eat, EAT walking away feeling as if you've had a REALLY hearty meal.

For our afternoon walks we strongly recommend sunscreen, as well as, hats and/or umbrellas. Querétaro has incredibly beautiful weather, the sun shines happy and strong here, so please come prepared. Our route is flat and suitable for folks of all ages and fitness levels, but please do wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Besides the walking, some of our stops may be standing room only, so comfort is a must.
We keep groups small, so be prepared to engage and have fun!

¡Vamos a disfrutar mucho explorando el centro histórico de Querétaro, un barrio sin duda amado por todos, en estas dos horas de ir caminando y comiendo, encontraremos mucha historia y lugares de exquisita comida, sera una gran aventura! Conoce sobre los comienzos del periodo colonial en México, el principio del periodo de independencia de México y el periodo de leyes de reforma, mientras andamos por las calles Querétaro y degustamos de la comida de esta hermosa ciudad en nuestros lugares favoritos de comida. ¡Tendrán la oportunidad de explorar los mejores lugares de Querétaro fuera de lo común, probaran una gran variedad de tacos con sabores extraordinarios, tradicionales y únicos, ademas de tamales, gorditas y mas! En este paseo disfrutaras de una tequila dentro de unas cantinas muy tradicionales de Querétaro. Conocerán a nuestros queridos amigos que con amor hacen su comida. Sin duda descubrirán por ustedes mismos por que los amamos y a su comida. ¡También ustedes podrán hacer preguntas sobre la comida, sobre la historia de ellos o del lugar, al mismo tiempo que disfrutan de su deliciosa comida, suena divertido verdad!
Les super recomendamos usar bloqueador solar, también usar sombrero, gorra o sombrilla para los paseos por la tarde. Queretaro tiene un hermoso clima, el sol brilla muy alegre y muy fuerte también, así que por favor ven preparado. Las calles por donde caminaremos son planas, no es un recorrido difícil de caminar, ideal para todo tipo de edades y estado físico, solo les recomendamos usar ropa y zapatos cómodos. Ademas de caminar, hay algunos lugares donde se come estando parados, por lo que estar cómodo es muy necesario.
